Our commitment
Azam Shamani, MD is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including patients who use assistive technology. We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and treat accessibility as an ongoing effort rather than a one-time project.
Known limitations
We are aware of a few areas that may not yet fully meet this standard, including our third-party map embed, printable and PDF pages, and some form elements that are still being improved. We are actively working to address these over time.
Alternative formats and assistance
If any part of this website is difficult to use, our staff is glad to help by phone — including reading information aloud, completing forms with you over the phone, or providing information in an alternative format.
