If you're applying for a green card (adjustment of status), USCIS requires a medical exam completed by a designated civil surgeon. Dr. Shamani has performed these exams for years and knows exactly what USCIS requires. We complete the exam, required blood tests, and any missing vaccines in as few visits as possible, then deliver your Form I-693 in a sealed envelope, ready to submit. Appointments are available in English, Spanish, and Farsi.

What to expect
- BringGovernment photo ID, all vaccination records you have, any prior medical records, and your USCIS case information.
- Exam & labsPhysical exam, blood draw, and vaccines given on site. Results typically return within a few business days.
- Sealed I-693Return to pick up your sealed envelope (or we complete it at a short second visit if vaccines were pending). Do not open the envelope.
