Primary Care
Mental Health & Well-Being
Anxiety, depression, sleep, stress, and focus — treated with the same care as any other part of your health.

Mental health is health. Dr. Shamani screens for and treats common conditions like anxiety, depression, insomnia, and ADHD in the primary care setting, where many people feel most comfortable starting the conversation. Care may include counseling referrals, medication when appropriate, sleep and lifestyle strategies, and regular check-ins — by video when that's easier.
