Hyaluronic-acid dermal fillers restore that volume and soften folds with results you can see right away. Dr. Shamani favors a conservative, structural approach: support the face where it has lost support, rather than filling every line. Hyaluronic-acid fillers are also reversible, which adds a layer of safety.

What to expect
- ConsultationFacial assessment, your goals, medical history, and a plan with the number of syringes and areas.
- TreatmentTopical numbing; most fillers contain lidocaine. 30–45 minutes. Mild swelling or bruising for a few days is normal.
- ResultsImmediate, settling over two weeks; lasting about 6–18 months depending on product and area. Follow-up at two weeks.
